My name is David Hovey, I am the NETLAB+ administrator for the BACCC NETLAB+ system. I have quite a decent amount of experience with the back end of NETLAB+ systems and the VMware environment required. I would like to help others and gain an Idea for what the community at a large wants from the NETLAB+ systems to really utilize the system to its fullest.

Hello, All.

I'm Nick Meisenhelter, the primary NETLAB+ administrator for Johnson County Community College, located in Overland Park, Kansas.

I understand that this forum is primarily host to California users, but I am grateful for the fact that there is a community for this system elsewhere - we've had communication with NDG itself that sometimes leaves things to be desired, so it's good to know there's support out here. We heard from you through a WebEx meeting this morning, courtesy of Moraine Valley in Chicago.

At time of writing, I've been this campus' administrator for just shy of 2 years, with comparable experience on AE/PE's back-end. I am also fairly adept with the VMWare requirements and systems involved in NETLAB+, though I've a way to go to truly earn my wings (I've only just begun my career here; fairly young!), and have quite a bit to learn about how the VMWare environment and all of its back plumbing plays with Virtual Edition.

I'm here on behalf of the college to continue searching for materials and support with NETLAB+, where I feel our vendor has fallen short in some regards.

Appreciate the welcome, and look forward to contributing my own time and skills where I can!
